Survey Work for Mines & War Remnants Completed at Libyan Field

On March 25, the surveys for mines and remnants of war were completed in the Mabrouk oil field operated by the Mabrouk Oil Operations Company.

The surveys were part of a rehabilitation plan that includes a number of safety measures being taken by the management of Mabrouk Oil Company in order to enable it to lift the force majeure so it may begin rebuilding and rehabilitating the field to return to production as soon as possible.

It is worth noting that the production in the Mabrouk oil field was subjected to a terrorist attack in 2015 that caused the destruction of most of its vital installations.
