Presidents, State Commissioners of 6 Algeria's Administrative Courts of Appeal Named

President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune appointed the presidents and State commissioners of six administrative courts of appeal, the Ministry of Justice said Saturday in a statement.

“In accordance with the Constitution, notably its articles 91 paragraph 7, 92 and 165, President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune appointed the presidents and State commissioners to the administrative courts of appeal

The appointed presidents of administrative courts of appeal are:

Abdellah Ziani in Bechar
Abdelkader Hemdane in Tamanrasset
Saliha Aouak in Algiers
Kamel Helissi in Constantine
Nasreddine Amrane in Ouargla
Abdelrahmi Benhamida in Oran

The appointed State commissioners to the same courts are:

Mustapha Abdi in Bechar
Mohamed Lamine Sebahi in Tamanrasset
Mohamed Benlakhdar Benabdellah in Algiers
Abdelouahab Bounab in Constantine
Said Chicha in Ouargla
Abdelkader Fares in Oran,” said the source.
