Qatar Attends GCC Financial & Economic Coop. Committee Meeting in Riyadh

HE the Minister of Finance Ali bin Ahmed al-Kuwari headed Qatar's delegation to the 116th meeting of the Financial and Economic Cooperation Committee of the GCC, which was hosted by Saudi Arabia in Riyadh. The Qatari delegation included Ahmed bin Abdullah al-Jamal, chairman, General Authority of Customs and Ahmed bin Issa al-Mohannadi, chairman, General Tax Authority.

During the meeting, the GCC finance ministers discussed several topics of common interest listed on their agenda, including the recommendations submitted by the GCC Committee of Governors of Monetary Institutions and Central Banks, the GCC Customs Union Authority, and the GCC Common Market Committee.
